NOTICE OF TERMINATION

This is to notify that the authorizations issued to Mr. Eric Au, Sunlord China Holding Limited, RFPI Asia Operations and ChinaDevelopment Center, and Registered Financial Planners Institute of China, Limited have been terminated effective June 3, 2025.

Thereafter, the RFPI Greater China Management Office will assume full authority for administering the RFP Designation in the Chinese market.
